Stephen Hannum
Lead Pastor
Pastor, Stephen Hannum serves as the Lead Pastor at Faith Baptist Church. He and his wife, Andrea, live in Noble County with their two children, Stetson and Sawyer. After faithfully serving as FBC’s Youth Pastor, Stephen was called to lead the church with a heart for discipleship, biblical teaching, and community impact.

Mike waite
Deacon
Mike Waite serves on the Deacon Team alongside his wife, Carolyn. Mike also teaches Sunday School and leads in AWANA. Carolyn serves faithfully in the Preschool and Nursery classes, is active in the FBC Ladies Sewing Group, and contributes in many other ways. Together, Mike and Carolyn are a devoted team, investing their time and hearts into the life and ministry of FBC.
David Cordray
Deacon
David and Becky Cordray are a dedicated part of the FBC Deacon Team, serving with a heart for ministry and a love for the church family. David leads in several key areas, including as an AWANA leader, Sunday School Director, and Youth teacher. Becky serves faithfully as the VBS Director, a Sunday School teacher, and the AWANA Music Director. Together, they bring energy, leadership, and a passion for discipling the next generation at FBC.
Jackie Hoover
Deacon
Jackie and Darlene Hoover faithfully serve at Faith Baptist Church as a Deacon Team Family, offering support and care to fellow members. Jackie is actively involved in the prison ministry, bringing hope and encouragement to those incarcerated. Both Jackie and Darlene volunteer with the Wednesday night AWANA program, helping to guide and teach children in their faith. Darlene also participates in the Ladies’ Sewing Group, using her talents to serve others through fellowship and ministry projects.
Martin vanScyoc
Deacon
Martin and Cindy VanScyoc are devoted members of Faith Baptist Church, where they serve as a Deacon Team Family. Martin is the Sunday School Assistant Director and plays an active role in the prison ministry, including participating in the Kairos program, which brings spiritual support to incarcerated individuals. Cindy is a part of the church’s worship team and helps with Children’s Church & VBS, sharing God’s Word with the younger generation. Together, Martin and Cindy’s service reflects their deep commitment to their faith and the church community.

Men's Ministry
Men's Ministry meets on a monthly basis. Men's Prayer group meets every Wednesday at 8:00 - 10:00 am in the church.

Youth Ministry Director
Our youth minister is devoted to guiding the younger members of our church as they navigate their faith journey. He fosters a nurturing environment where our youth can grow spiritually while enjoying fellowship and fun activities.

Children's Ministry
For our youngest members, (age 3 - grade 6), Tiffany & Jessica along with Becky Cordray, the VBS director, create a nurturing and engaging environment for them to learn about God's love. They plan fun and educational activities that help children grow in their faith in Children's Church.
